N&A House started in September 2008. Priced to a strict budget this project was going to be a test of the skill levels of the ICE team. Challenges that kept Russell and his apprentices on their toes included carefully setting out and installing recessed low voltage lighting into raw finished concrete block, and installation of full length recessed linear T5 fluorescent lighting into both plywood and plaster board linings. Other challenges included pre wiring with a minimal of wall and ceiling voids to conceal cabling and the addition of landscape lighting in the 11^th hour of the project. Man hours totalling approximately 350hrs brought the project to a close in the middle of 2009.
