	This residence is more than the average inner city home. 3000 mt of c-bus cabling and over 10,000 meters of lighting and power wiring have taken the ICE team more than 6 months to install. The project started in September 2009 and finishes early July 2010. With the main switchboard housing 30% of the c-bus control equipment, there was a requirement for a second switchboard to accommodate the remaining 70% of c-bus equipment. Each switchboard requires more than 4 square meters of wall space. The house features automated lighting, blinds and windows. It is also fully wired for multiple zones of high definition audio visual performance operated from any room in the house. Once completed this mansion will provide a higher than average level of comfort and living standards.
